This movie was sent to pacitipate the championship of Oscar Animated Feature Film. Since Blue Ray players are not popular in my contry, and they are really expensive, I give up buying it. Why the fuck does Sayaka remember everything that happened? Although that conversation between her and Sayaka at the end confused me a little. It does appear to hurt Homura, but she did it out of love to save Madoka, like she said. It sounds more like she did a good thing rather than a bad thing. Everyone is living happily, Madoka isn't being “trapped” as in it does appear that she has a mind of her own with just Homura repressing her powers and altering her memories.

If you think about it, Homura's world isn't even that bad. And of course, Homura went batshit insane when she realised that, and after everyone saved her, I think she captured Madoka in order to protect her from Kyuubey.

Also I agree with the comments above (below? whatever…) and I would like to add something to it: Kyuubey said (or rather, Homura realised) that the Incubators were planning on capturing and controlling Madoka because Homura had described the witch method and they believed that it must've been a much quicker way to gain entropy. I think that the ending actually made a lot more sense if you watch the movie more than once.
